If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased from us, let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

Product Returns and Refunds

Some selected faucets may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund less shipping cost, if they are unused, not installed, nor taken apart. Products must be in original packaging and shipping carton. All returns are subject to inspection at the factory. Notify us before returning a product.

  • If there is a defect in a product when you receive it, we will repair or replace it, and pay for return shipping. If we are unable to do so, we will provide a refund, including shipping cost.
  • A product without a metal finish that is not made to order may be returned within 10 days of receiving the product for a refund, if it is in original condition. If the product was installed or used, it may not be returned. If you received free shipping when you placed your order, we will deduct a minimum of $10 for shipping and handling from the total refund we provide you. If we sent you the wrong product, we will provide a full refund.
  • A product with a metal finish that is made to order may not be returned. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.
  • You may return a non-made-to-order product that is in its original condition for a refund within 10 days of receiving the product. Notify us before returning a product.
