Already made products that do not have a metal finish, such as our most popular cartridges and small parts, usually ship the same day via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service, which has a transport time of about 2 to 3 days.

Fulfillment in 5-15 Days: Already-Made Products

Already-made products that do not have a metal finish, such as our less popular cartridges and small parts, need to be obtained from our local warehouse and usually ship within 5 to 15 days via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service, which has a transport time of about 2 to 3 days.

Fulfillment in 2-8 Weeks: Made-to-Order Products

Products which have a metal finish are made to order in the specified metal finish at the factory in California. The production time is usually 2 to 8 weeks.
Small products with a metal finish are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service, which has a transport time of about 2 to 3 days.
Larger products, such as faucets and shower systems, with a metal finish are shipped via FedEx Ground service, which has a transport time of about 5 days.
